Gone Girl
by Gillian Flynn

On his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick comes home to find signs of a struggle but no sign of his lovely wife, Amy. For the local police, Nick is the obvious suspect, and the investigation into his involvement draws national media attention. Nick swears that he is innocent, despite the growing evidence to the contrary. He takes matters into his own hands and begins to follow a trail of clues that Amy left as an anniversary scavenger hunt, which he hopes will help him unravel the mystery of her disappearance. This psychological thriller will have you on the edge of your seat while you twist and turn through the plot, changing allegiances and developing new theories all the way through.
